WYN Services reserves the right to decline or discontinue providing any services. any service at its discretion. This includes, but is not limited to:
– Services that may pose a safety risk to our staff or clients.
– Situations where the client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
– Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disrespectful.
– Services that may violate local laws or regulations.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
– Providing accurate and complete information regarding service requests.
– Ensuring a safe environment for our staff to perform services.
– Communicating any specific requirements or preferences before services are rendered.
5. Payment Terms
– Payment for services must be made in full before or upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon.
– We accept various forms of payment, which will be detailed at the time of service booking.
6. Cancellation Policy
– Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty.
– Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
7. Liability
WYN Valet Services is not liable for any damages or losses incurred during the provision of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
8. Modifications to Terms
WYN Valet Services reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
